Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping: FREE, with an estimated delivery time of 8-15 days.
  2. Express Shipping: Rates vary by destination, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days.

Shipment Confirmation

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active. You can track your order using the "Track Order" button on our store.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during shipping, we offer either a replacement or a full refund.
  • Tracking Information Delays: If tracking does not update and standard shipping exceeds 30 days, or express shipping exceeds 18 days, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please provide proof of loss from the local carrier within 15 days.

Non-Refundable Delivery Conditions

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Incorrect/Incomplete Address: If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information, no refund will be available.
  • Express Shipping without Phone Number: If express shipping is chosen without a phone number, the order will not be delivered, and no refund will be available.
  • Customer Not Available: If you are not home at the time of delivery, no refund will be available.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: No refund will be provided after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  • Customs Holds: No refund will be available if customs holds your package.
  • Logistics Disruptions: Events such as political unrest, natural disasters, military controls, or pandemics that affect logistics do not warrant refunds.

Remote Area Shipping

Shipping to remote areas may take longer, potentially 2-3 months. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines for these locations. You can verify if your address is in a remote area on the shipping company’s official website.

Seasonal Delays

During peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), shipping times may be extended, and costs may fluctuate. We will communicate any changes via our website and email.

Restricted Shipping Areas

We cannot refund orders shipped to the following countries:

Additionally, we cannot ship to:

  • Saint Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Toroke, French Polynesia, Western Sahara, Palestine, India, Macedonia, Montenegro, Eritrea, Congo (Kinshasa), Svalbard, Tokelau, Zanzibar, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern and Antarctic Territories, Heard Island, and McDonald Islands.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay these fees upon your order's arrival, we will not reship or refund your order.
